Carnaroli da Carnaroli Pavese
This greater commitment is the reason that led our company to join the La Via del Carnaroli project.
Launched by the Chamber of Commerce of Cremona-Mantova-Pavia in 2017, to enhance the excellence of the territory, it has led to the creation of the “Carnaroli da Carnaroli Pavese“, brand, which identifies a certified supply chain of authentic Carnaroli rice from the seed to packaging.
Riso Classico
Moreover, from 2018, with the introduction of the new law on the internal market (Legislative Decree no. 131), we adhere to the standards certified by Ente Risi, which regulates varietal traceability. These standards introduce the designation “Classico” for traditional varieties – certifying that they belong to the variety declared on the packaging. What you will find in our packages will therefore be Carnaroli Classico of the Italian tradition, not mixed with any related variety.
